A word from the Patron
The Final Cause of Creation

Everyone understands that anything that comes into existence must have the following four elements:

1. Illat-e-Faili (The Maker or Creator)
2. Illat-e-Soori (The Shape or Design)
3. Illat-e-Ma'adi(The Material of which it is made)
4. Illat-e-Gha'I (The Final and ultimate Purpose)

A table, for example, has a carpenter or maker. Before making it, he draws a sketch and selects the material from which it will be made. He knows why making it and what is its purpose. The carpenter who makes the table knows better than others where to drive in the nails and where to fix the angle of the legs. He knows how to use it to get the maximum benefit of the table. In the same way, the instructions supplied with an apparatus or piece of machinery enable us to assemble it and use it.

There is a creator for everything and nothing can exist without a creator. We are the creation of Allah and He knows us and our instincts and he loves us more than parents love us.

There must be a purpose in everything that we do. Useless and purposeless effort can never make a person successful. Without an aim, no member of the community, whether believer or non-believer can have a useful and prosperous life. A non-believer who plans and has target can be successful while a believer who does not plan and fix his target will not achieve success.
Allah (s.w.t.) is the Creator (Illat-e-Faili). He is our sustainer. Allah (s.w.t.) may tell us the final and ultimate purpose of our creation.
Allah (s.w.t.) wanted to be known, so he brought about creation. It is obvious that our final and ultimate goal is to recognise (Ma'arefat) Allah (s.w.t.).
